Ratheesh R. Nath, an IIMK alumnus with an MS from Coventry University, entered in to tourism business to pursue his desire to become an entrepreneur. When switching over from the career of an analyst at TATA Motors to tourism entrepreneur, he carried with him a wealth of information technology knowledge that aided the business's rapid expansion. A philanthropist, Ratheesh is interested in motivational speeches, strategy formulation, soft skill development, and counseling also.

Sreedevi Ratheesh, holder of an M. Tech from Amrita University, joined Ratheesh when they tied knots in 2011. She resigned her position as an assistant professor at an engineering college after their marriage, to join Ratheesh in his business. Her interest and enthusiasm in managing sales, combined with her HR skills, enabled her to handle Paradise Holidays' sales with ease. Her sales tactics are considered unique in the sector. Sreedevi is also fond of PR, teaching, and skill development.
