One of the most impressive cultural sites here is the “Sanctuary of Truth” — a stunning wooden architectural masterpiece that beautifully reflects Thai craftsmanship.
Pattaya strikes a balance between relaxation and high-energy fun.
Krabi – Nature's Masterpiece
Southern Thailand’s Krabi feels like stepping into a postcard. Towering limestone cliffs rise dramatically from turquoise waters, and more than 100 islands dot the Andaman Sea.
Adventure lovers flock to Railay Beach for world-class rock climbing, while island- hopping tours reveal hidden lagoons and secluded beaches. Kayaking through mangroves offered a peaceful way to explore nature up close.
Compared to Phuket, Krabi felt more laid-back and often more budget-friendly — perfect for travelers who want scenic beauty without overwhelming crowds.
Phuket – Thailand's Island Paradise
No trip to Thailand feels complete without visiting Phuket — the country’s largest island and a global beach hotspot.
The lively stretch of Patong Beach is famous for nightlife and water sports, while boat tours to the stunning Phi Phi Islands showcase turquoise waters and towering cliffs straight out of a postcard.
For panoramic island views, the hilltop Big Buddha Phuket is both spiritual and scenic. Meanwhile, colourful streets in Phuket Old Town reveal charming Sino- Portuguese architecture, cafés, and boutique shops.

Thailand is well connected from Kerala, especially from Kochi (COK) and Thiruvananthapuram (TRV)

Travel time is typically around 4–5 hours for direct flights — making Thailand a quick and easy international getaway.
Thai Currency and Money Exchange
Indian Rupees can be exchanged at authorized forex counters in India before departure. USD is widely accepted for exchange in Thailand and often gets competitive rates. Currency exchange counters are easily available at Bangkok airport, city centres, and major tourist areas. International debit and credit cards are widely accepted in malls, hotels, and restaurants.
